1. Who we are
IdleCraft ("we") runs the Minecraft server IdleCraft.net and this website. These terms apply when you use the website, play on the server or buy IdleCoins. To contact us, open a ticket on our Discord.
2. Purchases are sold by Tebex
Our store is powered by Tebex. Tebex Limited (registered in England and Wales, company number 08129184) is the official reseller and merchant of record: Tebex licenses the items from us and sells them to you, takes the payment, handles VAT and sales tax, sends your receipt and handles billing support and refunds. When you buy, the Tebex Checkout Terms and Tebex Privacy Policy apply (see also the Tebex Impressum). If those and these terms disagree about the purchase itself, Tebex's terms apply.
3. What IdleCoins are
- IdleCoins are a virtual in-game currency on the IdleCraft network. You spend them in-game with /store.
- IdleCoins and everything you buy with them have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for money, sold, or transferred outside the game.
- What you can buy with IdleCoins, and the IdleCoins price of each item, may change over time.
- You buy a licence to use IdleCoins on our server. You do not own them as property.
4. Delivery
IdleCoins are delivered automatically to the Minecraft username you enter at checkout, usually within a minute. If that player is offline, delivery happens the next time they join. Please double-check the username. If you made a mistake, contact us with your order ID and we will try to help.
5. Refunds
IdleCoins are digital content that is delivered immediately after payment. Refunds are handled by Tebex under the Tebex Checkout Terms: except where consumer law requires otherwise, purchases are final. For customers in the EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once delivery of the digital content has started with your consent. If an order was not delivered or something else went wrong, contact us and we will put it right.
6. Chargebacks and fraud
If you open a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us, or use a payment method you are not allowed to use, your account is permanently banned from the IdleCraft network and the purchased IdleCoins are removed.
7. Seasons and changes to the game
IdleCraft runs in seasons. At the start of a new season, gameplay progress may be reset, and we may change, rebalance or remove features, items and in-game prices at any time to keep the game fun and fair. Season changes are announced on our Discord.
8. Server rules and bans
Our server rules apply to everyone. If you break them, we may mute, kick or ban you. Bans for rule breaking do not entitle you to a refund of IdleCoins or items.
9. Age
If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian for permission before buying anything.
10. Minecraft
IdleCraft is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Purchases go to IdleCraft, not to Mojang or Microsoft.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Purchases are covered by the terms that applied when you made them.
